Counter person

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible Counter Person to join our Northeast Cleaners team. You’ll greet customers, check in orders, answer questions, take payments, and help keep the front area clean and organized.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome customers and help with drop-off and pickup
  • Tag items, enter orders, and write clear notes (stains, special requests, missing buttons)
  • Answer basic service questions and give clear timelines
  • Handle payments and keep the cash drawer accurate
  • Double-check orders at pickup so customers get the right items
  • Keep the counter area clean, calm, and ready for the next customer

What we’re looking for

  • Positive attitude and good people skills
  • Basic English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Comfortable standing, moving garments, and working at a steady pace
  • Organized and detail-focused (names, tags, notes, and order accuracy matter)
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork
